Ordering Tips:
- Matching Insoles – When ordering shoes, you order an insole of matching size/width via a pop-up window that will appear after you
select "ADD TO CART" for your shoe. Several matching-insole options are available.
The default quantity for this matching insole is the same quantity as the shoe just ordered.
- Each order is automatically given a Purchase Order Number beginning "OFN." If you wish to use your own Purchase Order Number, Please insert it into the box located in the upper right of any screen, just to the left of the shopping cart icon. Opportunity to enter Order comments (up to 65 characters) is available on the final screen of the checkout process.
- Checking Out – To view or edit your order click on the Shopping Cart button
located in the upper right of any Orthofeetonline page. Review your order and delete items or change quantities if desired.
If you are ready to complete your order, click on the "Checkout" button.
Next, you will select/add/edit the shipping address for your order, and select a shipping method.
After reviewing your order summary, you may either click on "Submit Order" to send your order to Orthofeet, or return to the shopping pages by clicking "Change Order."
If your order has been successfully submitted, you will see the message "Your order has been successfully submitted to Orthofeetonline."
In addition, an order acknowledgement message will be sent to the e-mail address that you have provided on the email/password page (orthofeetonline.com/email.php).
- Orders placed after 2pm est will be processed the following business day.
